Consortium meeting in Marseille

On 23–25 September in Marseille, our consortium gathered to discuss project progress and set new ambitions. The results so far have gone far beyond expectations:

  • 800+ SMEs engaged in sustainable opportunities – double our original target
  • 677 SMEs boosted their skills through the Up2Circ Academy
  • 639 SMEs received tailored advisory support to turn ideas into action
  • 94 SMEs received financial support to implement circular solutions
  • 262 business advisors trained across 33 countries, multiplying impact across Europe

Beyond the figures, a broader transformation is taking place: a shift in mindset. Small and medium-sized enterprises are increasingly viewing sustainability as a catalyst for growth and long-term resilience. Together, we are demonstrating that small businesses can play a leading role in driving Europe’s transition towards a circular economy.

What’s next?

In the coming months, the consortium will spotlight other beneficiary success stories, launch interactive sessions with Up2Circ Ambassadors, and publish a Best Practice Guide to provide inspiration and guidance to SMEs across Europe.
