Summer break is over and Up2Circ is ready to start into 2024th second semester! As you know Up2Circ supports SMEs in their transformation towards circular economy. We offer free consultation, expertise and knowledge, financial support and exchange formats, like this ‘Interactive Session’ taking place online between 10am and 12.30pm, 24th of September. In this workshop our Guest Isabell Crone will give a brief insight into her experiences working in the field of business transformation. In the following debate, specific challenges will be discussed that companies face while undergoing a tranformation. Under the guidance of the moderator, the workshop participants will jointly develop solutions. Experiences between companies that have already (successfully) mastered change processes and those that are still at the beginning and want to avoid mistakes may be exchanged and solutions provided.
