We use the online tool Microsoft Teams to carry out this online event. These are thus transmitted by Microsoft Teams. In the course of this, data including your name and email address are processed by Microsoft Teams for sending the event invitation and dial-in information and hosting the entire online event. However, no recording is made of the video transmission. The purpose of data processing is to enable the online event in question to be carried out. The legal basis for data processing is art. 6 section 1 (b) GDPR, fulfilment of the contractual obligation towards the respective participant of the online event. The tool is selected on the basis of our legitimate interests, i.e. interest in the secure and efficient provision of our online service in accordance with art. 6 section 1(f) GDPR.
