Basque Circular Summit 2025, Bilbao (Spain)

The city of Bilbao will become at the epicenter of the circular economy in southern Europe on April 2, 3 and 4, 2025. The main objective of this meeting is to analyze the challenges and opportunities that the circular economy offers to companies and the entire socioeconomic fabric, in addition to highlighting the progress achieved to date.

For three days, Bilbao will bring together professionals and specialists from the industrial and environmental fields from all over Europe. The event will offer a space to discuss business opportunities and improving business competitiveness that this economic model provides. In addition, progress in legislative and regulatory development in the context of the European Green Deal will be addressed, highlighting the most recent developments in the field of circular economy.

In its previous edition, held in November 2022 in Ficoba (Irun), The Basque Circular Summit brought together more than 800 professionals and 350 companies from multiple industrial sectors. This event became a European reference in circular economy, highlighting the participation of representatives of the European Commission and large Basque companies such as CIE Automotive, Eroski, Siemens Gamesa, Petronor, Orona, Sidenor, Vicinay Cadenas, Iberdrola, Uvesco and Kutxabank, as well as such as various clusters, technology centers and universities.
