ReVaLSeeds : Recovery of Valuable and Local Seeds from Agrowaste
Huilerie des Alpes has been producing high-quality organic oils from local seeds since 2024. Through the ReValSeeds project, they set out to explore how seeds generated as by-products of fruit processing could become valuable ingredients and a credible alternative to imported raw materials.
